| Household Custom Services was contracted to build a home addition, that included an additional 2,000 square feet of living space to a home in Bellevue, WA. The addition incorporated pine tongue and groove ceilings with large skylights to give the sense of indoor living, but still being protected from the exterior elements. The arched stucco pillars with the contrasting straight lines of the deck and ceilings creates a balanced architectural feel. Three 16 foot glass doors were installed to create a very open interior/exterior living arrangement. Interior floor plan was also remodeled to incorporate this theme that included an updated millwork package and solid espresso-stained oak hardwood flooring. | |
